HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days. once it’s on the road, you’ll get tracking info so you can follow it all the way to your door.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not at this time. We currently ship within Australia only.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is $15 for orders under $200 AUD*. Keep an eye out for free shipping promotions in the future.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes. if it hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best! Contact us asap with your order number via the contact form.

💸 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. if you need a different size, you’ll need to return your item and place a new order. Please contact us via the returns page.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO?

So sorry! email us with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days, and we’ll do our best make it right.
